Debbie is the governance professional supporting the Board of Corporation, and is also a non-executive Director in the NHS.
Her 20+ years experience as a senior civil servant in skills funding, strategy and delivery includes her role at the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) where she led the team working with colleges and key stakeholders to improve the quality and financial performance of colleges and private training providers in Lancashire, Liverpool City Region and Cumbria. Debbie’s background in governance includes board level representation on a variety of public sector and partnership Boards, including FE Colleges, and her MBA was achieved through the Open University.
