Weekly wage: £5.36 per hour (£198 per week!)
As an Apprentice Tech Ops Analyst you will play a key part in providing a single point of contact to meet the communication needs of both users and IT employees and to satisfy both customer and IT provider objectives.
Key duties and responsibilities
The Technology Operations role will be varied but the overall focus will always be to keep the business technology users working as best as possible. While working across a broad spectrum of different technologies (e.g. Windows/MacOS/iOS/Android, PCs/Laptops/Printers etc.), the key high-level competencies that the apprentice will be expected to demonstrate during the apprenticeship will include the following:
1st Line Support
Minimum A* – C GSCE in Maths and English
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong customer service background, possibly within a call centre or other customer service environment.
A keen interest and aptitude to learn about business IT and information systems is essential.
Problem solving and team working
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent Communication skills
Enthusiastic and self motivated
A genuine passion for learning and gaining new skills
