Course Overview
For this special month, We are offering you the opportunity to unleash your creative side and develop your own story. You will learn the principles of writing memoir and biography. You will learn how to develop ideas and be given the tools to write a part of your story. You will then have the opportunity to share your story with the group and look at ways for you to continue sharing with loved ones and further.
What will I learn?
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
Develop ideas for telling your story.
Identify ways to tell a compelling story.
Complete a short story.
Share your writing with others
Develop ideas for continuing to tell your story
How will the course be assessed?
Online in a small group; through writing activities, discussion and sharing work.
Materials and other information
You will need access to a computer with camera and microphone and internet access in order to join live demonstrations via teams, and engage with your tutor and peers.
